Le service urbanisme a pour vocation de répondre et de renseigner les particuliers comme les professionnels dans leur démarche d’autorisations liées au droit du sol à Larmor-Plage. Pour tous renseignements sur la réalisation de travaux sur des bâtiments ou des terrains, le service urbanisme est à votre disposition.

Le service poursuit des missions réglementaires et opérationnelles
À ce titre il est chargé :

- d’accueillir et d’informer
- d’instruire les demandes relatives au droit des sols (permis de construire, d’aménager, de démolir, déclaration préalables…)
- de traiter les formalités préalables aux mutations immobilières
- de la mise en œuvre des procédures relatives au droit de préemption
- d’assurer le suivi des commissions de sécurité, d’accessibilité et des contentieux liés à l’urbanisme
- de donner des renseignements sommaires sur le cadastre
- d’instruire les Déclarations d’Intention d’Aliéner (D.I.A) et les Certificats d’Urbanisme (C.)
- de délivrer les arrêtés d’alignement individuels
- d’intervenir dans les procédures de modification ou de révision du document d’urbanisme communal (PLU)
- de réaliser diverses procédures d’enquêtes publiques relatives au classement, déclassement d’espaces publics, de transferts de voies

Le service de l’urbanisme assure donc un rôle très important auprès du public par l’expertise technique et le soutien professionnel qu’il apporte à la réalisation des projets d’intérêts privés ou publics. Pour construire, transformer, ravaler, démolir… il faut donc se renseigner auprès de lui.
